ABOUT
imagearchive.com.au is a young business, established
in mid-2005, as a creative outlet for me - David Barnes.
imagearchive.com.au was founded while I was on leave from
an academic career in science, however it is now a very
part-time occupation as I have returned to a research
position.
I use Canon EOS digital cameras, as well as
a Hasselblad film cameras, to record images. I use professional-class
prime lenses for most of my work.
All post-capture work is accomplished digitally, using Adobe Lightroom
and Photoshop CS2.
Digitally-captured images on imagearchive.com.au are ordinarily
8.2 megapixel images, while film-captured images range from 7 megapixels
to beyond 20 megapixels in extent.
